In an effort to attract new Detention Officers, Detention Administrator Mark Gallegos worked alongside the HR Department to organize an event where the community was able to visit the facility, learn about our operations, and even receive a tour. Individuals showed great interest in the facility and we were even able to gain a few employees! We plan to continue to have these events to be able to showcase CCADC and how individuals who are interested can apply!
