Roosevelt County issued the following announcement on April 6.
Chamber staff, board members and Ambassadors were on hand Friday, April 1 to help David James and his staff at Oso Cannabis Company in Portales. The company has served as a medical cannabis dispensary for some time. They were expecting to begin adult recreational operations on Tuesday, April 5. The business is located at 1429 S. Ave. D.
