City of Artesia, NM issued the following announcement on May 21.
We need your help! We have made a YouTube Channel to stream live programming and other videos for our virtual programs. However, to make the URL more user friendly, we need 100 subscribers. If you have a YouTube/Google Account, we ask that you please subscribe. All Summer Reading Programs will be streamed via Facebook and YouTube starting June 16th!
