Clovis Municipal Schools has announced that the Clovis High School Freshman Academy (CHSFA) will be relocating to the Clovis High School (CHS) campus in the fall of 2025. This move is part of the district's long-term Facilities Master Plan, aimed at optimizing resources and enhancing opportunities for students.

The relocation decision was made with careful planning, focusing on student success and well-being. Although CHSFA will share a location with CHS, it will retain its unique identity through separate buildings, entrances, and traditions such as Freshman Homecoming and independent athletic teams.

Superintendent Renee Russ emphasized the district's commitment to student success: “Our goal is to provide a supportive and enriching environment that sets our students up for long-term success. This transition represents an exciting step toward ensuring we are maximizing resources while maintaining the high standards our families expect.”
