A Community Meeting is scheduled to take place at 7 p.m. on Wednesday, April 17, 2024, at the Marshall Auditorium, hosted by Clovis Municipal Schools. The purpose of the meeting is to review the 2024-2029 Facilities Master Plan and related proposals that are currently under consideration by the Board of Education.

According to the announcement, the meeting will feature a presentation of recommendations derived from the 2024-2029 Master Facilities Plan. These recommendations were initially presented to the Board of Education during its March Regular Meeting and are set to be deliberated upon further at the Board's upcoming Regular Meeting on April 23, 2024.

While members of the Board of Education may be present at the meeting, it has been clarified that a quorum of the board will not be in attendance, and no official actions will be taken during the event. Attendees will have the opportunity to ask questions and make public comments, as the announcement has promised that such opportunities will be announced during the meeting.
