From January 6, 2023 post.
RPD would like to remind people who walk at night near or along the edge of streets to wear light or high-visibility clothing. This will help motorists better see these pedestrians and hopefully prevent any accidents that could cause serious injuries. Motorists and pedestrians, please watch out for each other. Thank you.
