LEGAL NOTICE

The EDDY-LEA ENERGY ALLIANCE will hold a Regular Meeting on Wednesday, December 9, 2020 at 9:00 A.M. via LIVE STREAMING at: www.hobbsnm.org.

Please provide any comments you may have to the Eddy-Lea Energy Aliance Board by Email to dmboyea@cityofcarlsbadnm.com by 5:00 P.M. MST December 8, 2020. Comments will be read at the meeting, and please limit comments to three (3) minutes. Meeting hosted by City of Hobbs, 200 East Broadway Street, Hobbs, New Mexico 88240. A copy of the agenda can be obtained from the Lea County Website www.leacounty.net; or the Carlsbad City Attorney's Office at 575-887-1191 seventy-two (72) hours prior to the meeting. If you are an individual with a disability who is in need of a reader, amplifier, qualified sign language interpreter, or any other form of auxiliary aid or service to attend or participate in the hearing or meeting, please contact the Lea County Manager’s office in the Lea County Courthouse in Lovington, New Mexico at least one week prior to the meeting or as soon as possible. Public documents, including the agenda and minutes, can be provided in various accessible formats. Please contact the Lea County Manager’s Office at the Lea County Courthouse if a summary or other type of accessible format is needed.
