A National Blue Ribbon School award flag displayed at a school is an emblem of exceptional teaching and learning. These schools serve as models for effective and innovative practices across the nation.
Each nominated school submits an application detailing its culture, programs, assessments, instructional practices, professional development efforts, leadership approach, family involvement, and community engagement.
