North Union Avenue near West College Boulevard will have one lane closed for two days while a crew for a communications company conducts fiber-optic utility work. The project will take place Tuesday and Wednesday, Oct. 18-19, and require the closure of one southbound lane on North Union from just north of West College Boulevard to West 13th Street.
