Fireworks Can Be an Explosion of Fear for Animals

REMINDER

Fireworks can be an explosion of fear for animals, please keep them safe and keep them inside!

Other helpful tips

-Keep your pet safe away from fireworks

-Pets are sensitive to loud noises, flashing lights and strong smells. Its best to leave your pets safely indoors.

-Make sure your pet is wearing a collar with your current contact information.

-Take your dogs for walks/play with them early in the day to help release extra energy.

-Bring your pets indoors and make them extra comfortable with soft, cool, soothing places to rest and hang out. Double-check for escape routes & secure them.

-Make sure pets do not have access to toxic items like charcoal, glow sticks, fireworks, sparklers, and food items like avocados and fruit pits
