Of the 638 people living in Midway in 2020, 54.4 percent (347) were women and 45.6 percent (291) were men, according to U.S. Census Bureau data obtained by the East New Mexico News.

Males 18 and over outnumbered females in the same age group by 15. In the 65 and over age range, there were 79 females and 83 males.
