It was confirmed this evening that there have been two fatalities in the McBride Fire. New Mexico State Police are continuing the investigation in conjunction with the New Mexico State Fire Marshal's Office, and the Ruidoso Police Department. The victim's identities will not be released until the Office of the Medical Examiner can positively identify the deceased.
