City of Clovis issued the following announcement on July 17.
Highland Avenue will be closed between Ashlan Avenue and Dakota Avenue from Monday, July 20, 2020 through Tuesday, November 10, 2020 for work associated with the new Wilson tract development near Ashlan and Highland. Use Thompson as the detour route. Drivers are encouraged to plan their routes accordingly.
