HELPING OUR COMMUNITY

We have contacted and have been contacted by numbers non-profits and charitable organizations around town to see how they all are doing. We know the Senior Center, Senior Meal Site, Meals on Wheels are all doing their part to keep the people they serve safe and healthy. We do know that other places are struggling to keep supplies in stock for people in need since stores are running out, therefore we would like to encourage people to drop off non-perishable items as well as boxes to the Chamber any time M-F 8:00 am – 5:00 pm to be taken to these places. If you have anything to spare during this time, they are finding it difficult to keep food for people who truly have a need. We are in contact with other community members who are lending as many helping hands as possible.

CHAMBER RETAIL INFO

We got on the phone for most of the day today and called around to discuss Covid-19 with many of our retail Chamber members and here is what we discovered. Most retailers are doing business as usual with the knowledge of implementing social distancing. We encourage you to find your favorite retailers on social media as they are updating store hours and implementations.
