According to the U.S. Department of Education, New Mexico Junior College in Hobbs allocated $519,810 to women’s basketball teams in 2024, which is $107,837 below the state average of $627,647.
In 2024, the University of the Southwest in Hobbs, New Mexico allocated $444,648 to its men’s basketball teams, which is $572,448 below the state average of $1,017,096, according to the U.S. Department of Education.
