A team representing Chaves County recently attended the “Summit on Improving the Court and Community Response to Those with Mental Illness in New Mexico.” The summit focused on developing strategic action plans, solving problems and overcoming challenges for those suffering from mental illness in communities statewide.

RPD School Resource Officer Cristal Gonzales and Roswell City Councilor Cristina Arnold are part of the team.
