Clovis Municipal Schools launches Ed Fellows Program for aspiring educators

The Ed Fellows Program at Clovis Municipal Schools offers aspiring educators an opportunity to gain practical experience, mentorship, and financial support while completing their degrees. Participants in the program receive a full Educational Assistant salary with benefits up to $42,000 annually. Additionally, they are allotted one hour per class each week for study or homework time.

Ed Fellows also benefit from $1,000 per semester in tuition reimbursement and coverage of costs associated with required tests and licenses. The program provides on-site mentoring by Licensed Level II or III teachers and includes on-the-job training with students in the classroom. Participants have access to all new teacher professional development resources.
