Pamela Estock, a longtime Clovis Municipal Schools educator and administrator, has been selected for and accepted the position of Principal of the Lockwood Early Childhood Center.

Serving as a reading specialist for the Academy of Arts at Bella Vista and Sandia Elementary School since 2021, Estock has spent her career with the district in both teaching and administration roles over a 17-year period. Prior to her selection as a reading specialist, Estock worked as assistant principal at Yucca Middle School from 2016 to 2018 and was a third-grade teacher at Highland Elementary School. She began her career with Clovis Schools in 2007 when she was hired as a preschool special education teacher.

Estock holds a Master’s Degree in Education from Eastern New Mexico University, where she also completed her undergraduate work, earning a bachelor’s degree.

The vacancy was created through the departure of Corey Lucero. Estock will begin working in her new role over the summer in preparation for the start of school in August.
