From February 25, 2023 post.

The City of Roswell's Mission Pillar Award recognizes a city employee’s efforts in exhibiting one or more of the city's core values of accountability, communication, excellence, integrity and teamwork. One award winner is selected each month from the nominations received that month.

The winner of the January Mission Pillar Award is Kathy Litt of the Finance Department.

A nominating coworker said Kathy “exemplifies the definition of teamwork,” volunteering to take on important and urgent tasks. The nomination cited her “incredible…enthusiasm to help and be supportive of our team.” Kathy is always “helpful, encouraging and positive,” and brings “true professional attributes to the City of Roswell and genuinely cares about delivering excellent quality work.”
