Absentee By Mail Voting is a safe and easy form of voting during this election. Call our office
at 575-356-8562, after the 18
th of April 2022, to request your absentee ballot application.
The first day we can mail out an absentee ballot is May 10, 2022. If we have your application
prior to that date, we will mail your ballot on May 10, 2022. IF we receive your application
after that date, we will mail your ballot the day we receive your signed application in our
office, through Friday June 3, 2022. No ballot can be mailed after Friday June 3, 2022.
Please fill out your envelope and ballot according to the instructions that will be enclosed.
Finally, return your voted ballot in the return sealed envelope to the County Clerk’s office
either by mail or personally deliver it.
