Of the 780 people living in Happy Valley in 2020, 46.8 percent (365) were women and 53.2 percent (415) were men, according to U.S. Census Bureau data obtained by the East New Mexico News.

Males 18 and over outnumbered females in the same age group by 75. In the 65 and over age range, there were 45 females and 31 males.
