City of Artesia, NM issued the following announcement on Sept. 10.
The City of Artesia Council meeting scheduled for Tuesday, September 22, 2020 will be held in the Council Chambers at City Hall, 511 W. Texas Avenue. A Utility Lien Appeals Public Hearing is scheduled at 5:30 pm with the Regular City Council meeting at 6:00 pm.
The Mayor, City Council, Department Heads and Assistant City Clerk will be present. Appropriate social distancing will be in place.
In compliance with the Governor’s Order, members of the public that wish to address the City Council will be asked to be available in a designated area at City Hall and will be called upon to address council. The use of face masks in public places will be enforced.
