RPD’s Special Investigations Division on Friday, Nov. 18, arrested an El Paso, Texas, fugitive wanted in connection with a capital-murder case in that city. Using information produced through RPD and the U.S. Marshals Service, Luis Humberto Sanchez, 19, was located and arrested at a family member’s Roswell residence in the 600 block of West Tilden Street shortly after 12 p.m.
