UPDATE: 4:30 p.m.
Two male subjects who were apprehended after fleeing police were initially thought to be the shooting suspects. However, further investigation determined they were not connected to the shooting. It is not yet known why they fled.
The victim of the shooting, a teenage male, suffered a gunshot wound to the arm that is non-life-threatening.

The lockdown at RHS has been lifted.

Friday, Oct. 28, 1:45 p.m.
RPD is currently investigating a shooting that happened about 1:30 p.m. near Roswell High School. The shooting was not at the high school and students and staff there are safe. The school has been placed on lockdown as a standard precaution.
