Breaking News: Around 3:30 am a Monday, Roswell Emergency Units we’re called to a shooting in South Roswell.

“A call came in about 3:30 a.m. from a male stating he had been shot. He was driving when he called and medics met him along South Main and transported him to a hospital. The victim had a gunshot wound in each leg. He refused to provide information regarding who shot him, where it occurred or anything else” said Roswell Police Spokesman Todd Wildermuth.
We were unable to hear the original address, but caller stated they were headed to the hospital and driving North on Main Street. Officers and Medics met up with the vehicle in front of the Pioneer Bank on South Main (across from the Sheriffs Office).
The male had atleast 1 gunshot wound and had tourniquets on both legs. Medics transported the male to a local hospital for treatment. At this time it is unknown if there are any suspects or if it was an accidental shooting.
