The Portales Gate will reopen at 0600 on Monday, 27 Feb.

Dust Storm, Power Outages & Portales Gate Closure
Power outages are currently an issue on and off base due to extreme weather. The 27th Special Operations Civil Engineer Squadron is actively working to address the power outages on base.
Safety precautions need to be prioritized and it is recommended for all personnel to stay indoors until the dust storm settles.
The Portales gate will be shut down until further notice due to the inclement weather. All traffic will be rerouted to the Main Gate.
Power is out at the DFAC and Fitness Centers. The DFAC will only have Grab ‘n Go and Salad Bar options until power is restored. The Fitness Centers 24/7 access will be closed until tomorrow.
