Earlier this week it was announced that the City of Belen would be home to Arcosa, Inc.’s new wind-tower facility! This is expected to bring 250 jobs, $12.5 million yearly payroll to New Mexico, and they are repurposing the former Keter facility investing an initial $55 – $60 million to get it ready for their needs.
This is wonderful news for Belen and for New Mexico.
