From February 17, 2023 post.

Clovis Municipal Schools took our ‘Know the Difference’ edibles board to Santa Fe during the 2023 Legislative Session. Mrs. Krystal Gutierrez testified in support of HB156 the Cannabis School Use Prevention Resource Act and used our board to show the similarities between edibles and your typical snacks you can get from your pantry. This bill is sponsored by Representative Andrea Reeb and Representative William Rehm.

Representative Reeb is pictured below with our board and plans to utilize it when presenting her other two bills, HB154 (Cannabis Use as a Child Delinquent Act) and HB157 (Cannabis Packaging Requirements).

The ‘Know the Difference’ board is currently on display at the Capitol Building in Santa Fe.

We appreciate our legislators doing their part to protect our youth in New Mexico!
